Job Description
Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and help onboard new clinics to PetsApp.
Review and improve client performance on the PetsApp platform.
Support the introduction of new PetsApp solutions at our existing clients.
Work closely with other functional teams at PetsApp to ensure a great client experience.
Own the end-to-end success for a large number of PetsApp's customers, responsible for revenue retention, growth, and customer happiness metrics.
Qualifications
Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
Strong interest and experience with software solutions, such as practice management software and other software tools like HubSpot and Metabase.
Highly conscientious and detail-oriented, yet with the ability to apply broad strategic goals to the decision-making process.
Must be able to work independently and proactively!
You have a high tolerance for ambiguity and understand the risk-reward of startup life.
You are a team player with leadership potential.
