We’re seeking a proactive HR Operations Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the transformation of our HR function.
This pivotal role will focus on reviewing and analysing core HR processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping shape a more scalable, resilient operational model.
You’ll lead on process mapping, gap analysis, and the design of streamlined workflows. With a strong eye for detail and systems thinking, you’ll reduce key-person dependencies and contribute to a more robust HR infrastructure.
