We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Learning and Development Facilitator to cover our homes in Worcestershire, Birmingham, and Stratford-Upon-Avon. If this sounds like the right fit, we’d love to hear from you!
About The Role
Your role as Learning and Development Facilitator will be to enhance performance and quality within our homes through the delivery of quality-assured training to our staff. You will ensure that our team is competent and compliant to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading training sessions across a cluster of homes, focusing on statutory and mandatory topics
* Identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS)
* Planning and designing engaging training courses and content
* Facilitating interactive induction and refresher courses, both face-to-face and virtually
* Accurately recording training sessions in the LMS
* Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout training
About You

Ideal Candidate Requirements
* Experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector
* Experience in adult social care and relevant qualifications
* Knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements
* Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and neurodiversity learning needs
* Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to obtain it)
* Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or similar)
* UK driving license and own transport
