Job Description:
An exciting opportunity to join the Mars Wrigley UKI Marketing Team on a 12 role as Bitesize Brand Manager. You will be working on Maltesers a national treasure and M&M’s the biggest global confectionery brand. The role sits in the Bitesize, Seasons and Gifting Portfolio team. It is an office based role with the expectation of being in Slough on average 2 days a week. If Dublin based, then you must be able to occasionally travel to Slough.

What will be your key responsibilities?
* Excellent execution of innovation and activations, leading cross functional teams and deliveringkey stages gates in line with our S&OP process.
* Collaborate with regional teams to develop ideas that are compelling for UKI consumers. Shoppers and customers
* Execute the Mars media transformation unlocking media as a growth lever across all media channels, adapting as necessary for HFSS regulations. Localize key content and amplify using PESO approach (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned)
* Manage the A&CP ( Advertising and Consumer Promotions Budget) budget to +/- 1% .
