Surety Administration Manager

Position Type

18 month FTC (fixed term contract)

Job Purpose

This is an excellent opportunity to work within our Surety Division. The team is successful, busy and enthusiastic, taking pride in the high level of service they provide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and administer existing Surety Bonds for all TMHCC Branches.
  • Input and retrieve data on a bespoke underwriting database.
  • File documentation into ImageRight, our paperless filing system.
  • Produce letters, reports and invoices.
  • Assist with departmental incoming and outgoing post.
  • Monitor the general department email box and distribute incoming e‑mails as appropriate.
  • Deal with customers and insurance broker enquiries by telephone.
  • Obtain documentation to allow reduction or expiry of Bonds.
  • Change additional premiums for overrun of contracts.
  • Perform general office administration and other reasonable duties.

Skills and Experience

  • Good command of English and numeracy.
  • Good keyboard skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and courteous telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to use own initiative.
