Children's Community Nurse (EPUT)

Hours: 30 hours per week
Shift duty: 08:30-18:30, seven days a week.
Role Overview
As an integral member of the Children's Community Nursing Team, the Children’s Nurse is responsible for delivering family‑centered holistic nursing care to children in the community.
Responsibilities
* Collaborative working with Health Visitors, School Nurses, GPs and the Paediatric Liaison Health Visitor to ensure delivery of relevant, coordinated, high‑quality care solutions for children and families within the home setting.
* Provide family‑centered holistic nursing care for children in the community.
* Manage shift duties within the stated 08:30-18:30 shift system.
Qualifications
* Registered Senior Care Nurse (RSCN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Child with acute paediatric experience.
* In‑depth knowledge of providing family‑centered holistic nursing care.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work across the MDT and with families.
