In this pivotal role, you will teach Level 3 T Level and Level 4 HTQ courses, designing high-quality Schemes of Work and lesson plans that align with the latest industry standards and curriculum frameworks. You’ll not only deliver engaging, practical lessons but also play a key role in assessing student progress with fairness and precision, providing constructive feedback to empower learners on their journey to success. As a personal tutor, you’ll support students through tailored guidance, monitoring their attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing to foster an inclusive and motivating learning environment.
