A rapidly growing family-run business are seeking a results driven sales manager. They are a planet-friendly business delivering exceptional technical solutions to the manufacturing, packaging, labelling and food & beverage industries. If you’re passionate about sales leadership and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. The Role As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales team’s performance. You’ll lead daily huddles, coach through role-plays, hold the team accountable to KPIs, and ensure every customer interaction is purposeful and productive. You’ll also play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and developing a high-performing sales culture. Typically you will be managing the internal office sales function 3 days a week and supporting field sales 2 days a week. Key Duties Leading daily team huddles and celebrating wins Training and coaching your team. Conducting regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews Driving your own sales activity to lead by example. Ensuring CRM and pre-visit planning forms are used effectively Managing qualification pipelines and setting SMART goals Requirements About You You’re a confident communicator who leads from the front You’re highly organised and love planning for success You’re proactive, results-driven, and thrive on accountability You’re comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools You have strong product knowledge in adhesives or similar sectors (inks, coatings, packaging) Preferred Experience Proven sales background, ideally with formal sales training Experienced solution seller ideally from a technical background.
