This is an opportunity to work as a Band 6 Physiotherapist within the Conwy Community Resource Team. You will be delivering evidence‑based physiotherapy intervention in a community/domiciliary setting, improving function and independence while working towards admission avoidance.
The post is based in Conwy County, with a base location in one of the five CRTs across the county – Llanrwst, Llanfairfechan, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay or Abergele – and may require travel to other areas within Denbighshire or Conwy.
Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence‑based practice and provide physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
* Develop individualised therapeutic treatment programmes for a specialised caseload in the relevant clinical area.
* Be responsible for the training and supervision of rotational staff and Physiotherapy support staff ranging from Band 2 to Band 4.
* Contribute to service development.
Team leader, clinical specialist or advanced practitioners are available for clinical and managerial support. Once in post there will be support from the team leader on site and training opportunities within the wider Physiotherapy service.
Qualifications & Skills
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
