Are you an ambitious scientist with a PhD and/or industry experience in bispecific or T-cell engager development, eager to accelerate novel cancer immunotherapies?
Join a pioneering biotechnology company at the forefront of engineering TCR engagers for immuno-oncology application. This role is critical to advancing novel therapeutic candidates rapidly towards clinical development, with an IND submission targeted within a year.
The client are seeking a dynamic Senior or Principal Scientist to lead crucial in vivo and in vitro validation of TCR engagers.
This role specifically requires bispecific or T-cell engager experience with IND-enabling processes.
Your technical responsibilities will span:
* TCR design and characterization.
* Protein science operations, including expression, purification, and biophysical analysis (e.g., SPR - experience preferred but not essential).
* Molecular biology duties such as cloning, mutagenesis, DNA isolation, and preparing libraries for deep sequencing (emphasis on cloning and PCR preferred).
* Cellular and immunological assays (e.g., cell killing assays, flow cytometry, IncuCyte-based assays, ELISA).
* Tissue culture management.
* Experience with NGS analysis pipelines (specifically data analysis using R) is desired.
* Experience overseeing outsourced in vivo studies (without needing to have performed them yourself) is a plus.
You'll thrive in a flat hierarchy where everyone contributes hands-on. This is a fantastic opportunity for career progression, offering a highly collaborative and supportive cross-disciplinary environment. The client offers very competitive compensation, with flexibility for remote work as project demands allow.
If you hold a PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field with 1-2+ years (Senior) or 3+ years (Principal) of relevant industry experience, and possess critical experience with bispecific or TCR engager validation towards IND, apply now to learn more about this impactful role!
