About Us

The Role
We are looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of clients, primarily within the medical profession. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a collaborative and personable team.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own portfolio of clients, mainly medical professionals
* Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Producing personal and corporate tax returns
* Handling VAT returns and bookkeeping where required
* Liaising directly with clients and building strong, long-term relationships
* Providing general accounting and tax advice
Requirements
* Previous experience in a practice environment, ideally 3+ years in UK Practice
* Strong xsngvjr working knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
* Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in a small team environment
* AAT/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
