A well-established company in the Pickering area are looking for a good Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join the business. The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be working on a Monday to Thursday days role within the R&D team.
TheMechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
* Perform Statutory and Preventative Maintenance on Plant and Equipment.
* Involved with research and development
* Assist in plant and equipment installation in line with design specifications.
* Responding to plant breakdowns and diagnose faults on plant and equipment.
* Carry out Plant Repairs, rebuilds as required.
* Manufacture replacement parts as / if required - lathe / milling experience preferred.
* Use portable plant and power tools correctly.
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
* Follow company safety systems and work protocol.
