Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – Euston – up to £46,000
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Victoria has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a high‑end commercial office located right by Euston Station. The engineer will carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Lighting – small installation, fault‑finding, lamping, etc.
* Emergency lighting tests
* Control panels
* Changing ballast
* BMS system – monitor (hot & cold)
* Maintain and update log books
* Plumbing – unblocking toilets
* General fabric works
Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

* Up to £46,000
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Requirements
* Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (required)
* 18th Edition (desirable)
* Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi‑skilled
* Good communication skills
* Client facing
