Responsibilities
* Providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of Solicitors
* Managing mainly residential conveyancing cases for clients
* Preparing a wide range of correspondence and legal documentation
* Managing busy diary schedules and co-ordinating client appointments
* Administering post completion work including completing land searches
* Opening files for new clients and archiving completed case notes
