Service Advisor Required in Hersham for Car Dealership!
1. Pay - Up to £32,360 DOE + OTE of up to £41,000
2. Hours - 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday + Saturdays on a Rota
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a reputable dealership in Hersham? We are working with a well-established car dealership that is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.

Duties as a Service Advisor will include:
9. Welcoming customers and offering professional service advice
10. Generating and managing service and repair bookings efficiently
11. Upselling service plans and additional vehicle services to customers
12. Liaising with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow
13. Conducting vehicle handovers and explaining work carried out to clients
14. Maintaining accurate customer records and preparing invoices
15. Promoting dealership offers and loyalty programmes
16. Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:
17. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role such as Trainee Service Advisor, Customer Contact Executive
18. Excellent communication and organisational skills
19. Strong customer service focus and professional appearance
20. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
21. Motivated with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
22. Full UK driving licence is essential
