This position aligns to the firms succession planning for their Private Client Practice.
The Opportunity
Joining a well-established team, you will take on a leadership role within the firm’s highly respected Private Client division. You will play a vital role in shaping the department's future, working closely with the firm’s other practice areas, including family and business law, to deliver a seamless, client-focused service. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking for a role that offers significant career progression within a leading firm.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and manage a varied and often complex caseload of Private Client matters.
🔹 Supervise and mentor team members across the team.
🔹 Collaborate with key stakeholders across the firm to strengthen the Private Client offering.
🔹 Drive department development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth.
🔹 Conduct internal training and contribute to the development of best practices within the department.
About You
✅ 7+ years PQE with extensive Private Client experience.
✅ STEP qualification is ideal but not essential.
✅ A client-focused approach, delivering pragmatic and tailored legal advice.
✅ Experience in mentoring and developing junior Solicitors would be advantageous.
✅ A collaborative, forward-thinking approach with the ability to drive change.
