Supply Care Solutions are working with a nursery in Surrey to place and experienced and passionate Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering outstanding early years education and creating a nurturing environment for children, families, and staff.SALARY: up to £50,000 per annumTYPE: PERMANENTHOURS: This is a Full time role (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri)
We are looking for a Nursery Manager who:Has a strong background in early years education and childcareHas previous leadership or management experience within a nursery settingDemonstrates in-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practicesIs confident in leading, motivating, and developing a teamIs passionate about delivering high-quality care and educationHas excellent organisational and communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day running of the nurseryLead and support the nursery team to deliver outstanding practiceEnsure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding requirementsBuild strong relationships with parents, carers, and external professionalsManage staff performance, recruitment, and developmentMaintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
