* Partner with the local Managing Director and other senior stakeholders to align IT priorities with office needs.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate service documentation.
* Provide regular updates and clear communication to the CIO.
* Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers.

* Lead IT procurement and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
* Stay informed on emerging technologies and suggest improvements or new tools.

* A proactive, service-oriented individual who takes initiative and gets stuck in – no task is too big or too small.
* Experience working in a creative, design-led, or professional services environment.
* A calm, resilient mindset and ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
* Willingness to be flexible with working hours when needed to support business continuity.
* Enthusiasm for innovation and a readiness to recommend improvements to enhance IT operations.
