Job Title: Clinical Lead – Nursing Home (West Byfleet, Surrey)

Are you a dedicated and experienced nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care? I am currently seeking a Clinical Lead to join a well-established nursing home located near West Byfleet in Surrey. The home has a Good CQC rating and an excellent reputation for providing person-centred care in a supportive and friendly environment.
About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. You will oversee clinical practices, mentor nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the clinical team to deliver outstanding care
Carry out clinical audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing and care staff
Deliver safe and effective care to residents, many of whom are living with dementia
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently when required
Requirements:
Valid NMC Nursing PIN (RGN or RMN)
Experience working in nursing homes, ideally as a Clinical Lead or a Senior Nurse ready to step up
Strong clinical skills, with a good understanding of best practice in elderly care
Dementia care experience is essential
Able to work both as part of a team and autonomously
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting staff development
