Role Overview:
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier service, ensuring seamless operations, and leading a dedicated team. Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading and supervising a team of around 20 staff members, including plate waits, bar staff, and kitchen porters.
* Managing and maintaining high-end lounges or overseeing multiple hospitality suites.
* Ensuring bar stock levels are managed effectively to meet demand.
* Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
* Enforcing health, safety, and hygiene standards, while maintaining operational procedures.
* Providing excellent guest experiences with high standards of service.
* Briefing and communicating clearly with your team to ensure smooth event execution.
* Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
* Maintaining organisation and delivering excellent service from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
* At least 1 year of proven hospitality experience in an events setting.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to stay calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, able to liaise with team members, customers, and management.
* A reliable, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to think quickly and handle challenges with confidence.
* Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
