Job Description: Job Overview Join TE Connectivity's Maintenance Team supporting a high-volume Manufacturing Facility, producing wire and cable products and compounds for wire and cable manufacturing for global distribution. This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring rapid response to breakdowns, strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding, and the ability to lead and mentor maintenance technicians and apprentices. You will play a key part in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), continuous improvement initiatives, and driving site performance.
