* Preparing clear, accurate assessment reports
* Communicating findings to customers, insurers, and repair centres
* Upselling additional repair services to enhance customer satisfaction
* Handling cash transactions responsibly
* Keeping accurate records and staying updated with repair standards
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in vehicle damage assessment or a related mechanical role
* Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
* Is organised with an eye for detail
* Holds a valid driving licence (preferred)
* Is confident with upselling and handling cash transactions
