More About Your Role
You will have responsibility for the Eclipse Leisure and Sunbury Leisure Centre (the Eclipse is a new technologically advanced building costing over 50M). As the Contract Technical (FM) Manager you will have a hands‑on role with a strong HVAC background in the implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and the assessed works programme for all mechanical and electrical services and building fabric issues across a number of leisure facilities in the local area. You will identify and correct any ad‑hoc remedial work, liaise with third‑party contractors, and implement routine maintenance procedures in line with the Company’s Technical, Health & Safety and Environmental Policies ensuring efficient utilisation of all fuels and water.
More About You
You will have a strong background within the trades/handywork and experience working with contractors, from negotiating scope of works through to reviewing and creating snag lists. Ideally you will have a background of working to corporate policies and be able to produce basic reports showing progress on scheduled works. Candidates should be qualified to ONC or City & Guilds in either Electrical or Heating & Ventilation Services. Holding a Pool Plant Operators Certificate is advantageous; the company is willing to support a candidate to qualify post‑employment.
