You’ll be trusted to lead, shape and grow the flagship venue, the most complex site in the portfolio and the benchmark for how the brand shows up.
What you’ll be doing?
As General Manager, you’ll have full operational and commercial ownership of the site. You’ll lead a large, layered team and set the tone for how the venue performs, feels and evolves. This is a high-trust role with real autonomy. You’ll be visible on the floor, decisive when it counts, and commercially switched-on without losing sight of the guest experience.
There’s genuine headroom here, as the business expands, so does the opportunity to step into multi-site or senior leadership if that’s your ambition.
About You
You’re a confident, hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in big, complex environments.
* Proven experience as a General Manager or Head of Venue in a high-volume, multi-revenue operation
* A background in destination, experiential or events-led hospitality
* Strong people leadership
* Solid commercial instincts, grounded in what actually works on the floor
* A values-led mindset and genuine interest in culture-driven brands
