Description
As Group CTO, you will be at the forefront of technological decision-making for both the parent company and our potential acquisitions. You will:
* Assess and shape the technology strategies of acquisition targets, ensuring their platforms align with our vision before a deal is made.
* Collaborate directly with CEOs across our portfolio, guiding them on technology and innovation strategies post-acquisition.
* Drive group-wide technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and future-proofing our investments.
* Navigate complex landscapes, ensuring cutting-edge solutions are leveraged across the organization.
* Travel globally, engaging with industry leaders and assessing emerging opportunities firsthand.
Profile
* Have extensive experience leading technology in a global enterprise, ideally within an M&A or investment setting.
* Be comfortable in a non-hierarchical environment, engaging directly with CEOs and senior stakeholders.
* Have a keen strategic mind, understanding how technology can fuel growth and create competitive advantage.
* Possess a strong commercial mindset, balancing technological innovation with business impact.
Job Offer
