We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Volume Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a long-term temporary basis, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple roles
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates efficiently
3. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
4. Manage the full recruitment life cycle from attraction through to onboarding
5. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
6. Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activity
About You
7. Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience (essential)
8. Previous experience within an external recruitment agency (highly desirable)
9. Proven experience handling volume recruitment and tight deadlines
10. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
11. Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills
