As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages. What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members, making everyone's day better.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal—keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
