Night Porter, Hotel du Vin
The Night Porter is instrumental in overseeing the running of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This is a hands-on role managing guest expectations and ensuring the standards of the brand are maintained.
As guests sleep soundly in their beds, the Night team keeps everything running smoothly. Your role as Night Porter will involve taking responsibility for the Food & Beverage Department during the night, welcoming guests in a friendly and helpful manner, keeping public areas immaculate, cleaning, and preparing meeting and event spaces for the next day.
You will assist guests with luggage, handle inquiries, and carry out nightly Health and Safety audits. Organisation and excellent communication skills are essential.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial, and night shift experience is essential.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shift patterns and hours, which can be discussed at interview. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends.
