Lightsource bp was fully acquired by bp in 2024. What you'll do (the role) Summary Providing P&C Operations support to the UK P&C team and UK & ROI team members. Responsibilities of the Role - Monitor the dedicated P&C Operations mailbox. - Be able to triage and prioritise team member queries and issues in an efficient way. - Be the main point of contact for employee questions regarding P&C Operations. - Update the P&C system (SuccessFactors) with relevant information and ensure it is always up to date and accurate. - Administration of all new joiners' information within the full employment lifecycle (from issuing offer letters and contracts, to setting up profiles on SuccessFactors, to P&C Welcome Calls and beyond) - Administration of all leavers' information, including the sending of the exit survey, and hosting exit calls if required. - Assist with the monthly payroll, ensuring all pay-related changes are captured each month. - Process employee reference requests and other personal letter requests. - Maintain and organise employee files. - Help with the administration of the Employee Benefits Package. - Be the main point of contact with our benefits intermediary. - Identifying opportunities to improve benefits and processes. - Identifying and driving process improvements within the P&C team. - Supporting with the purchase order process, for all P&C related spend globally. - Ad hoc support with P&C projects. - Covering other P&C Operations Partners when on annual leave. - Continuous P&C learning through workshops, podcasts and events Why you'll make a great member of the team Experience & Knowledge Required - Experience working within a fast-paced team - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role - Up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law Skills Required - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Great interpersonal skills - The ability to work independently - Excellent MS Office skills - outlook, word, excel etc. Why you'll want to work for us Our company is a place where you can be yourself and grow, a place where your ideas and opinions matter.
