Job Description
Brand Strategy Execution:
3. Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation plans for our portfolio in the UK market.
4. Identify and analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform branding initiatives.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
6. Brand Positioning and Messaging:
7. Define and communicate the brand's value proposition and key messaging for different customer segments.
8. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials, communications, and channels.
9. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure messaging adheres to industry standards and regulations.
10. Marketing Campaigns and Promotions:
11. Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
12. Collaborate with cross functional teams to leverage digital platforms and social media for brand promotion.
13. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and customer engagement to optimise future marketing efforts.
14. Product Launches and Lifecycle Management:
15. Lead the planning and execution of new product launches in the UK market.
16. Manage the brand lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and driving continuous brand growth.
17. Work with sales teams to provide tools and training that support successful product adoption. Build sales training in collaboration with the commercial teams to effectively launch projects and innovations.
18. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
19. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, healthcare professionals, and industry influencers.
20. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
21. Build strong relationships with the commercial team to gather insights, adapt strategies based on their feedback, and effectively communicate and drive the value of brand initiatives
22. Reporting and Analysis:
23. Track and report on brand performance metrics and KPIs.
24. Conduct regular brand health assessments and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
25. Manage the brand budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
The Successful Applicant
26. Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
27. Experience: 7+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing or a similar role with a proven track record in developing and executing successful brand campaigns, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or consumer goods industries.
28. Skills: Commercial skills, omnichannel expertise, analytical & strategic thinking, budget management, strong leadership, excellent presentation and communication skills.
29. Proven experience in and a passion for brand building, campaign planning and marketing activation.
30. Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
31. Experience in working with agencies.
32. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
33. Hands-on self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, fast-growing and always changing environment and can manage multiple projects at a time.
