I’m currently recruiting for a Logistics Service Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused logistics operation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong logistics / transport / supply chain background who is confident leading people, managing service performance, and handling client relationships in a busy operational environment.
You’ll be overseeing a team of Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators, acting as the link between customer service, logistics, warehouse activity and operational delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing a team of Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators
* Overseeing service delivery across logistics operations
* Ensuring smooth movement of goods in and out in line with customer requirements
* Managing client relationships and acting as an escalation point for service issues
* Working closely with warehouse, logistics and internal operational teams
* Monitoring KPIs, service performance and continuous improvement activity
* Handling difficult conversations and driving solutions in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a Logistics Service Manager, Customer Service Manager, Logistics Manager or similar role
* Strong background within logistics, freight, shipping, transport or supply chain
* Proven people management experience
* Confident in a client-facing role
* Able to manage service levels, escalations and operational priorities effectively
