Children’s Deputy Manager – Learning Disabilities
Location: Burton-On-Trent
Salary: Up to £37,000 Dependant on Experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management of the residential home.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Lead and mentor a team of care staff.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Diploma/NVQ in Health & Social Care/Children and Young People.
- Level 3 or 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position within residential care.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for children’s homes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
