Hours of work:
Flexible working times are available. Bloomfield Care Services offers 24hr, 7 days a week support to participants.
Some Daily Tasks include:
* Administer or assist participants with medications in accordance with their medication chart and care plan.
* Support participants to develop and maintain independence and safety in personal care, and health & hygiene such as eating, dressing, toileting, and showering
* Support an assigned team of support workers in delivering support in a group home setting.
* Implement personal support plans for participants who demonstrate challenging behaviors and/or with high physical support needs
* All tasks to be completed either in the participants’ residence or within our group homes.
A few more things which will assist you in delivering the above tasks:
* A current Australian Driver’s Licence and vehicle.
* Manual Handling training and certificate.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in community languages (English, Cantonese and Arabic) will be highly regarded.
Hours of Work:
Hours are flexible in accordance with NDIS participants’ plans, however if you are a fantastic support person we will certainly accommodate multiple shifts to enhance your roster.
