Overview
Fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 listed property litigation department based in central Liverpool. The firm has a reputation as one of the best practices in the North of England and a demonstrated commitment to work/life balance. The team comprises 15 staff across 3 offices, and you will be working with a Legal Director.
Responsibilities
* Handle a broad mix of landlord and commercial tenant work including dilapidation, leasehold and freehold management, lease renewals, forfeiture, trespass and possession claims.
* Collaborate with a Legal Director and contribute to a team that supports career progression and structured development.
Qualifications
* Ideally at Associate / Senior Associate level; firm offers a clear progression structure with a defined progression plan for staff.
* At least one year of prior experience as a qualified solicitor, or, at minimum, experience in property litigation in one seat of your training contract.
Benefits and Compensation

* Salary is based on PQE level and will typically range between £40,000 and £70,000.
