People Coordinator – Fixed Term (Min. 3 Months)
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Hours: 28hrs p/week across 4/5 days
Rate: £13.70 p/hr
Park Blue Homes is seeking a People Coordinator on a fixed-term contract (minimum 3 months) to support our HR & People function, with a focus on employee onboarding.
You’ll ensure new starters feel welcomed, supported, and ready to succeed from day one, helping us deliver a smooth, engaging employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver onboarding and induction for new starters.
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Support safer recruitment checks (DBS, right-to-work, references – training provided).
About You:
HR experience desirable.
Onboarding experience and Safer Recruitment knowledge.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive and approachable.
Full UK Driving License required.
Enhanced DBS required.
