The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
* Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters
* Managing probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion
* Providing inheritance tax and succession planning advice
* Drafting and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney and deputyship applications
* Assisting high-net-worth individuals and families with wealth preservation strategies
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through exceptional client care
* Working closely with other departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients
* Supporting business development and networking initiatives to help grow the department

About You
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
* Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Client-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
* STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
