As a Conveyancing Paralegal, youll be joining a well established law firm at their office based in St Leonards.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, youll be supporting solicitors and conveyancers day to day, including:
* Assisting with the progression of residential property transactions
* Preparing contracts, transfer documents and key conveyancing paperwork
* Ordering property searches and preparing completion statements
* Handling SDLT submissions and ensuring compliance throughout
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders to maintain smooth communication

* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
* A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and documentation
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
* Competence with Microsoft Office and case management systems
In return, as Paralegal you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 pa
