You’ll support and motivate the front-of-house team, maintain high standards of presentation, and work closely with the kitchen and management teams to create a positive and memorable start to the day for all guests. Duties will include: Ensure the breakfast team is meeting set criteria, through confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards. To empower the team to handle guest feedback and take action to exceed their expectations. To be able to run the daily opearation, covering different aspects of the business. To ensure all service standards are maintained throughout the food and beverage operation. Ensure that Company and legal standards for cleanliness and health and safety are maintained within all food and beverage areas. Supervising, encouraging and developing the food and beverage team.
