Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:00pm
Pay Rate: £18.29 per hour
TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk are proud to be working in partnership with one of our long-standing clients based in Larbert. Due to increased operational demand, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineer on a temporary basis to support their production and maintenance teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical engineering experience who is comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding on production machinery.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including sensors, wiring, control panels, and automation components.
Support planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
Work closely with mechanical engineers and production teams to maintain efficiency.
Ensure all work complies with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
Qualified Electrical Engineer (HNC/HND or equivalent).
Proven hands-on electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in food, FMCG, or confectionery manufacturing is desirable.
Strong fault-finding ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Able to commit to a temporary assignment.
