We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team. The company is experiencing exponential growth so it's an exciting time to join. The role is to support the Customer Services team on a daily basis.
Working environment:
* Full-time position, 40 hours from Mon to Fri

Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Answer customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via internal systems whether originating from phone, chat, email or at request of a colleague
* Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the systems
* Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
* Maintain workflow enabling our delivery standards to be maintained
* Prioritise and process quotes.
* Make outbound calls to follow up sales or get feedback and updates
* Generate or identify business leads and pass on new business to Corporate Business Department
* Personally resolve most enquiries escalating these only as a last resort
* Perform relevant administrative tasks according to procedure, data entry standards and industry regulation.
* Liaise between departments to ensure all queries are answered accurately and result in the best customer experience.
* Liaise with internal & external customers and third parties to ensure relationships are developed and maintained.
* Ability to work to policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality.
* Able to work in an unpredictable environment and manage contingencies on a day-to-day basis whilst remaining calm and professional
* You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties including performing phlebotomy duties on call if required
Skills
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills without relying on AI
* Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
* Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
* Ability to analyze customer needs and quickly provide appropriate solutions
* Aptitude for understanding practical / technical matters.
* Previous experience of working in the NHS, private healthcare or similar health environment is desirable.
* Excellent Computer / IT skills
Qualifications
* Previous experience at Customer Service for over 3 years
* GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 equivalents in English and Maths.
* Undertaken a period of formalised Phlebotomy Training in a previous role.
* Evidence of achievement of competency-based training programme and ongoing personal development
