Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and administration? We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance and Business Support Assistant to join a small but collaborative team at their office in Plean.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their finance and business support skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
The Team
You’ll be joining a close-knit finance and admin team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. You’ll receive full training, with plenty of support as you settle into the role.
Your Key Responsibilities
Sales Ledger
Processing sales invoices and credit notes
Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining existing ones
Liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve queries
Supporting credit control processes
Purchase Ledger
Processing goods received notes, and purchase invoices
Communicating with suppliers and resolving account queries
Performing supplier statement reconciliations and preparing payment runs
Finance Support
Assisting with VAT and CIS scheme records
General financial administration
Business Support
Supporting wider business administrative functions
