Your new team
Our global Tech team operates in an agile manner within a dynamic product organisation. You will work within the Manufacturing & Production team responsible for products covering Manufacturing & Production, including Quality, Research & Development, Product Life Management, Operations, Optimisation, Sustainability & Responsibility and Spirit Management.
This role will oversee solutions under Manufacturing Operations, including Operations (Bottling Planning, Scheduling & Execution, Plant Maintenance, etc), Optimisation (Digital Twins, etc), Sustainability & Responsibility and Spirit Management (Spirit Manufacturing & Production).
Your unique contribution
You will steer the strategic vision and roadmap for the mid- and long-term horizon within the Product Family. This includes coordinating across multiple squads dedicated to the Product Family and ensuring value realisation for the business.
Responsibilities
* Demand Management: Collect, qualify and assess demands from Global Business Process Owners and the Tech Function. Capture local needs, arbitrate, consolidate Business & Tech Product Demand backlogs, and integrate them into the appropriate Squad backlog.
* Backlog Management: Contribute to EPIC demands, act as EPIC Owner, perform EPIC analysis, contribute to Portfolio backlog review, prioritisation and arbitration, allocate Features to Product Owners and integrate into Portfolio Synchronisation Backlogs.
* ITFM: Provide Product roadmap and backlog, forecast squad resources, oversee funding, perform variance analysis, justify investments, track ROI and costs.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Drive Product Vision and roadmap via Product Framing Analysis and EPIC/Features definition, work with vendors to define editors’ roadmap, track value generation, oversee squads’ activities, ensure demos and rollout plans are effective and aligned with Business and Proximity teams.
* Resource Management: Coordinate product teams, enable the PO community, secure engagement, define squad resource needs, collaborate with tech leaders for resource mobilisation and adjust plans as capacity changes.
Who you’ll be working with
Internally you’ll work with the Product Portfolio Director, Domain Proximity Lead, Product Owner and Resources Lead. Externally, you’ll engage with External Vendors for product selection, implementation, maintenance and support.
