The Role: * Working with the Senior Leadership Team and with the support * Lead and implement a whole-school marketing strategy * Oversee brand identity and ensure consistency across all media * Drive campaigns across digital platforms, publications, PR, events, and internal communications * Manage stakeholder engagement with parents, alumni, media and the wider community * Use data, analytics and insights to guide strategy and measure success * Support the planning and delivery of key school events and publication You’ll be an experienced marketing professional with: * Proven strategic marketing leadership in education or a comparable sector * Outstanding communication skills and a sharp eye for brand and content * Experience managing cross-channel campaigns, PR, and stakeholder engagement * A collaborative leadership style and ability to inspire and manage a creative team * Strong data and reporting capabilities to inform decisions and demonstrate impact Flexible working opportunities are available with this role.
