Base pay range

About The Role
Being a Senior Carer is a fulfilling role, supporting tenants to remain independent in their flats. You will lead your own team and promote best practices. Your responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care and support, including help with washing, dressing, and food preparation.
* Administering medication according to care plans.
* Maintaining and recording documentation promptly.
* Delivering outstanding levels of care.
* Participating in a on-call rota 1 week in every 4, with a premium of £115 per week.

About You
If you have experience in this field, we’d love to hear from you. You should have or be willing to work towards your Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You’ll also possess an enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate nature with excellent communication skills.
