This is for someone who:
* Has serious executive search experience
* Thinks commercially, not transactionally
* Wants autonomy, influence, and long-term upside
* Is ready to help shape the UK market, not just service it
The role (in reality)
You’ll lead your own sectors with full ownership.
You’ll build client relationships your way.
You’ll have the freedom to operate like a founder, without carrying the full founder risk.
You'll benefit from working with experts in the industry with 45 years experience in growing, scaling and exiting successful recruitment businesses.
No micromanagement. No rigid model. No arbitrary targets that make no sense.
