Job Description
3. Supervise and support a team of repairs operatives and subcontractors
4. Manage and coordinate responsive repairs to ensure timely completion
5. Monitor performance against KPIs, service standards, and budgets
6. Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Act as a point of escalation for complex repairs and customer concerns
8. Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
9. Ensure a strong customer-first approach in all aspects of the role
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience in a repairs or maintenance supervisory role, ideally within social housing
11. Strong technical knowledge of responsive repairs process
12. Proven team management skills
13. Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
14. Strong communication and customer service skills
15. Good understanding of health and safety legislation
16. IT literate with experience of repairs or housing management systems
