The successful candidate should be hard working with a can-do approach. Essential requirements for this post include: Ability to work in a team and work as an individual. Manual dexterity, i.e. for bending, lifting and stretching. Reliable and trustworthy. Ability to secure a building, setting and un-setting intruder alarms. Holding a Relevant cleaning qualification (e.g. NVQ), along with Health and Safety at Work training would be seen as advantageous. You will ideally be able to plan workload within the range, as directed by Caretakers.
