Job Overview

This role involves caring and supporting residents during night shifts, providing personal care, social support, and using our electronic care platform “Nourish”. You will work within a committed team, displaying positive caring values and handling ad‑hoc duties.
Responsibilities
* Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
* Providing personal care and social support, creating meaningful memories.
* Using the electronic care platform “Nourish” to meet residents’ needs.
* Working within a committed team.
* Demonstrating positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
* Performing ad‑hoc duties to support service delivery for residents.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Enthusiastic about providing care.
* Great values and compassion for supporting people.
* Experience an advantage, but not necessary – full support and training provided.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
* Engagement with people in their continuing interests and positive experiences.
