Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Band 5 Registered Nurses/Practitioners to join our Pre-Operative Assessment Team at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
Candidate Profile

* Experience liaising with multidisciplinary teams
* Passion for improving surgical pathways
Key Responsibilities
Pre-assessment Practitioners play a vital role in delivering safe and efficient pre-operative care by optimizing patients for surgery. You will collaborate with GPs, Anaesthetists, and other team members to provide comprehensive assessments ensuring excellent patient and family/carer preparation for surgical procedures.
Innovative Practice
The clinic has recently implemented a state-of-the-art digital preoperative assessment programme aimed at providing the highest standard of surgical care.
Specialties Covered
Assessing patients across specialties including ENT, Orthopaedics, Urology, Gynaecology, Breast, and General Surgery.
