Parts Sales AdvisorWe are currently working with a premium automative brand to recruit for a Part Sales Advisor to join their existing team, within the Parts Department.The role is permanent and based in Dungannon.The Part Sales Advisor will be responsible for:Identifying and sourcing vehicle parts accurately and efficientlyProcessing orders promptly for both internal departments and external customersDelivering excellent customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactionsProviding product recommendations, promoting offers, and identifying upselling opportunities where appropriateSourcing unavailable parts from alternative suppliers and coordinating deliveriesChecking incoming deliveries against purchase orders and reporting any discrepanciesMaintaining accurate inventory records and supporting stock control proceduresAssisting with the day-to-day operations and general duties within the parts departmentWhat you will need to have for the Part Sales Advisor role:Minimum of 1 year experience in a motor industry parts advisor roleIT literate with ability to use Microsoft Office and parts cataloguesStrong communication skills across telephone, email, and face-to-face interactionsHigh attention to detail and accuracyCustomer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the roleStrong passion for the automotive industryGood organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectivelySkills:Parts, Vehicle, Van, Car PartsWHJS1_NI
